Metro Safety have been honoured with a Waterloo Quarter Community Award in recognition of their charity work in the area.
Employees have been donating their time to help Interhealth, a charity providing healthcare and medical support to volunteers of many of the world's humanitarian organisations. Dubbed the "Metro-ites", Metro Safety volunteers helped to redecorate Interhealth's offices and encouraged other local businesses to pledge their support.
Metro Safety Managing Director Andrew Paten accepted the award at a ceremony in the Old Vic Tunnels. Click here for the Waterloo Quarter coverage of the party.
