Metro Building Maintenance specialise in property maintenance, construction and project work across the commercial sector. We deliver dilapidation, refurbishment and construction projects on-time and within budget, as well as helping property professionals with a reactive service for minor works.
Our expert team has over 20 years senior project management experience and 14 years facilities management experience.
Metro SRM LLP
Metro SRM LLP are specialists in professional fire, health & safety, water and environmental risk management advice. As the consultancy division of Metro Safety, we are able to provide tailored risk assessments, training and consultancy as well as a wide range of cost-effective compliance services to help you manage your key responsibilities.
We also offer a range of asbestos management services through our specialist Strategic Risk Management (Asbestos) Limited division.
