Most email programs have a junk mail filter. . . To ensure that your Metrosafety reports aren't diverted to your junk folder add the email address customerreports@metrosafety.co.uk to your address book.
Apple Mail
Select an e-reports message, click 'not junk' and from the Message menu choose Add Sender to My Address Book.
Microsoft Outlook
On the Tools menu, click Options.
On the Preferences tab, under E-mail, click Junk E-mail.
Click the Safe Senders tab.
Select the Also trust e-mail from my Contacts check box.
If you are not even receiving your e-reports, your IT department or your ISP may be tagging them as junk and discarding them. In this case contact them and ask them to white-list customerreports@metrosafety.co.uk
